Living in beautiful Cape Town, surrounded by picturesque wine farms, Nicola seeks out the difference in each one she visits to tell their story to the world. She discovered her passion for wine and wine education while sipping on a glass of Chardonnay, and it made sense to study WSET Level 1 and 2. Nicola has a unique and fun approach to a topic that is sometimes thought to be serious, but instead presents information in a light-hearted manner that speaks to the everyday wine enthusiast. She launched the website www.winelandsexplore.com that has a bespoke filter system to help you find what you are looking for in a wine farm experience, in each region across South Africa.
